Instructors
At re|form Pilates, we hire instructors who are passionate about movement, committed to continued learning, and aligned with our focus on safe, intentional, and high-quality instruction.
We welcome instructors with certifications from recognized programs such as Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, and BASI Pilates, or similar training backgrounds.
Candidates may hold certification in mat, reformer, or both. While comprehensive certification is not required, we prioritize instructors who demonstrate:
- A strong understanding of Pilates principles and movement mechanics
- The ability to teach safely, with clear cueing and appropriate modifications
- Experience leading group classes or a willingness to grow into a teaching role
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development
For reformer instructors in particular, a solid foundation in equipment-based training and client safety is essential.
